Project WET Workshops
For educators
to receive the Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide they must attend a
Project WET workshop conducted by a certified Project WET facilitator who
provides workshop participants with 6 hours of instruction time.
Workshop Goals

Introduce educators to the Project WET
materials and philosophy

Demonstrate how educators can use Project WET
activities in the course of their daily teaching

Provide a sample of teaching strategies and
activities that will help students to become more knowledgeable about water in
our world and more aware of peoples relationship to water

Allow workshop participants an
opportunity to plan how and where they will incorporate Project WET into
their daily teaching

Provide individuals with the opportunity
and tools to make a commitment to educate others in promoting the awareness,
knowledge, appreciation, and stewardship of water resources
