Lapsed Certification
If you believe your certification has lapsed contact wesley.bullock@ky.gov. Certification requirements were waived for several years and you may still be able to renew without reinstating.
In order to regain your certified status in case your certification has lapsed, you must complete a reinstatement course in addition to the other continuing education requirements. First, contact wesley.bullock@ky.gov to confirm your certification status. Then, fill out the Reinstatement Course Application. [PDF, 381KB]
Only graduates whose certification has been lapsed for 3 years or fewer will be eligible for reinstatement, and the Reinstatement Course fee will be $25 for those whose certification has been lapsed for one year, $50 for two years, and $75 for three years.
